I purchased some of your Chunky Roasted Almond Butter today at the market in Santa Barbara. (It’s delicious.) Do I need to keep it in the refrigerator?
Hi Tom,
No need to put it in your fridge right away! Our almond butters are good on the shelf for up to three weeks and in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
In either case, give it a good stir before using so that the bottom is not left oil-less. After putting it in the fridge, it may harden a little. Bring it to room temperature on the counter or pop it in the microwave, without cover, on low heat for 10 seconds – it’ll loosen up, stir, and enjoy!
Hope that helps.
Thanks!
I bought some fabulous Ass Kick’n Ginger Almonds last week at the farmer’s market (I think it was in Santa Monica). To find out more about you, I followed the directions on the sticker to “www.blogspot.funclefarms.com”. Not only have you moved to WordPress, but the address was reversed on the sticker (should have been funclefarms.blogspot.com). Just wanted to make sure you knew, so you don’t lose sales to a misprint!
why don’t you sell the almond and almond butter at Thousand Oaks farmers market anymore??? now i have to order online and it is kind of expensive to pay for the shipping cost. will you please consider to be back to Thousand Oaks again? thanks!
When will the green almonds be available again and where in Wasco or Bakersfield can I get them? So glad to find this site. My bro-in-law misses green almonds badly since moving to states. I went to school with Nate so funnier still to find the site of someone I lived up the road from.
